One of Valencia's strengths is that it is within the Studio Zone
while being incredibly "industry" friendly. The Santa Clarita
City Council is committed to doing everything possible to keep filming in Los
Angeles. Because of this commitment production is steadily growing around us.
We are happy to be part of this community.
Our close neighbor, Disney/ABC Studios Golden Oak Ranch have announced plans for an expansion that
will bring a dozen sound stages and new production facilities to the studio.
